  • Housing: We don’t act as a landlord/agent; no deposit handling or rent collection.

  • Data: DPIA on file; UK GDPR & DPA 2018 compliant; sponsor updates are opt-in and minimal.

Commercial Models

Partner FAQs

  • How do you define 'doc-ready'? Student attests PoE/PoA/ID; checklist status is passed with timestamps.

  • How are referrals tracked? Unique links + API/webhook; periodic CSV for reconciliation.

  • What volumes can we expect? Pilot 100–150 (Sept–Nov); 250–300 (Jan). Mix by country on request.

  • Do you give financial/immigration advice? No. We route to partners; see Compliance.

  • What’s your incident process? 1h acknowledge; 24h interim report; root cause within 5 business days.

  • Can we co-brand or white-label? Yes—templates available; brand guidelines provided.

  • Data retention? Partner-bound data retained per contract; student app data per privacy policy; deletion on request.

  • Exclusivity? Non-exclusive by default; borough/category exclusivity with agreed minimums.
